CRM & Web Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Office attendance required once every two weeks)

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated CRM & Web Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining CRM solutions, websites, and digital platforms that support our clients' business operations and marketing activities. The role also involves implementing AI-powered automation and integrating CRM systems with web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CRM solutions, including Salesforce customisation and configuration.
• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS and related web technologies.
• Integrate CRM systems with websites, online forms and third-party applications using APIs and automation tools.
• Build and maintain AI agents and workflow automation to improve business processes and customer engagement.
• Develop landing pages, web forms and customer portals to support digital services.
• Support CRM-based marketing automation, including email campaigns and customer journey workflows.
• Optimise websites for usability, performance and search engine visibility.
• Analyse business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Test, troubleshoot and maintain software applications, websites and CRM systems.
• Produce technical documentation and provide user support where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years' experience in web development or CRM development.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating CRM systems with websites and third-party applications.
• Understanding of digital marketing technologies, SEO and marketing automation.
• Experience with AI tools or developing AI agents is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Desirable Skills

• Salesforce Administration or Development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Salesforce certifications (desirable but not essential).
